Ethan brings a diverse range of experience in planning and community development from visioning and project/scope identification through program development and project management for empowering communities and organizations to define and address shared goals. Past work includes supporting and managing multi-family and single-family housing programs, community and corridor planning studies, Main Street and small business incentive programs, active-transportation and open space plans, plus managing other public processes for planning and implementing community and economic development initiatives.

Ethan is also a key member of the Baltimore Modular Initiative.
